I was awarded the USA citizenship as an outstanding researcher in medicinal chemistry. Every educational assignment is an equally important research. I have completed two action researches for both my masters in education. The subject of Master of Art in Teaching was challenging high school students to conduct research. The subject for my Master of Educational studies and International Baccalaureate was teaching strategies for English Language Learners.
Unqualified teachers, short vision administrators, unhealthy and unpleasant school building, all constitutes an obstacle for our talented generations. As a consequence, our universities get the survivors of that system and, certainly, not the most talented ones.
I strongly believe that the plans of our Federal government for reforming education is a necessity. The proposed Federally-funded initiatives (the transition college and career ready standards and instruction; support for great teachers and leaders; turning around chronically low performing schools; or providing access and opportunity for all students from cradle to career) will create a harmony in operating the educational system. Additionally, the plans will motivate open minded educational leaders. Such leaders will have the in depth knowledge, and ultimately, the ability to weight the good instructional programs and play the key role advisor for all staff members. Such leader will create a bridge between the schools and the universities. Such leader will have the open mind and international thinking. Such leaders will have the vision and ability to discover potentials, expand thinking and for more opportunities that provoke enthusiasm. Such leader will have an proud understanding of the potentials of our country and will work faithfully for its role as a world leader. Such leader will have the passion to work and turn around low performing schools, because they also have potential future professionals. I can say without hesitation that I am one of the motivated potential leader. With the further support of the Federal government, I can be a role model for others..
From my experience as a researcher, a teacher and an administrator, I can say that the setting of some of schools does not respond to the 21st generation. We need critiques for food, classroom settings and equipments to include modern technology . In my blog, I listed The school Booker T. Washington STEM Academy as a good example.
Our education became expensive. We spend more money on education than most of the other countries in the world. Yet, we do not perform as good as some of them. The problem may reside in the way the system operates the money.
Some educational recruitment systems have an outdates scale that does not respond or understand advanced potentials. Therefore, any young, talented and motivated applicant, modern educational programs are ultimately rejected by this system. As usual, the students are the victims.
